Do you have an idea for a business but not sure how to start writing you business case? Then join us for our ‘Designing a Business Case in a Day’ workshop.

When reviewing our inaugural Dragons’ Den event we found that a lot of the business cases that were submitted read more like a research proposal rather than a business plan. So for our second Dragons’ Den event we would like to provide additional support via a virtual half day workshop that will take place 09:30-12:30 on Wednesday 9 November. You are welcome to attend this event even if you do not think you would like to pitch your idea to our Dragons.

Attendees of the Designing a Business Case in a Day workshop will:

• Develop knowledge on how to write a business case.
• Gain insights into how to engage stakeholders, understand the needs of different actors, and how to deliver benefits to them effectively.
• Develop an awareness of commercialisation methods.
• Investigate strategic thinking, risk management, and budget formulation in the context of developing a business case.
