Postdoc Led Training
The C‑DICE Postdoc Led Training Programme supported postdoctoral researchers to design and deliver their own training to a national audience through the C‑DICE network. The programme broadened understanding of postdoctoral research across sectors linked to infrastructure, cities, energy and decarbonisation, with postdoc‑led sessions forming a key part of the training offer.
It provided personalised support to help researchers communicate their ideas, whether through webinars, workshops, interactive sessions or themed series, delivered individually or in collaboration with UK and international colleagues.
Participants strengthened their teaching and communication skills, gained national visibility, worked with peers, earned a microcredential with evidence towards Advance HE Associate Fellowship, and received tailored guidance to shape their session. Researchers brought the expertise; C‑DICE provided the platform.
