Many of us relate to the term ‘imposter syndrome’ but what does it actually mean and where does it come from? By understanding and addressing the ‘imposter experience’ head-on, this workshop equips researchers with the mindset and tools to transform self-doubt into a stepping stone for success. This workshop delves into the psychological underpinnings of imposter thoughts, exploring why they emerge during periods of growth and learning. You will gain practical tools to navigate these feelings, transforming them into drivers for personal and professional development.
